Ms. <br />Miller asked for a clarification on the existing stone wall. The Commission <br />discussed structures within the 25-foot buffer zone and 50-foot buffer zone. Ms. <br />Mullins commented on the need for details of removal and grading. <br /> <br />The homeowner of 51 Sanderson Road commented on flooding in the area and <br />asked how the landscaping proposal would affect the neighboring areas. <br /> <br />The applicant was asked to check the floodplain in the area. <br /> <br />Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to June 17, 2014 at 7:00 pm <br />at the request of the applicant, 5-0 in favor. <br /> <br /> <br />
