BOA Meeting September 11, 2014 <br />2 <br />Another Board member asked to clairify the located of the driveway and how will you get into <br />it. The plans have been revised and now comes in from the front. New plans had been <br />submitted. <br />The Chairwoman asked what would stop the Conservation markers from being covered-over. <br />(They protrude out a couple inches.) <br />There were no questions from the audience. <br />No one spoke in favor or in opposition to the petition. <br />The Chairwoman closed the hearing at 7:49 pm. <br />On a motion by Leo P. McSweeney and seconded by Jeanne K. Krieger, the Board voted 4 to <br />SPECIAL PERMIT in accordance <br />1, with David Williams voting in opposition, to grant a <br />with 135-8.4.2 and 135-9.4.2 of the Zoning Bylaw to allow modification (reconstruction <br />and expansion) of a non conforming structure. <br />Submitted by: Dianne Cornaro, Administrative Clerk <br /> <br />
