- The estimated price for both the purchase and renovation of the Scottish Rite <br />building is in the range of 20 million dollars. <br />Mr. Kanter reported that the CEC had not yet taken a stance on the possible acquisition. <br />Ms. Manz commented that an acquisition/renovation of the magnitude of the Scottish <br />Rite property would necessitate delaying or not funding certain upcoming CPA projects. <br />Ms. Krieger noted that there will also be costs associated with the upkeep of the building. <br />At 7:00 pm, after a duly conducted roll call vote, the Committee closed the Executive <br />Session and returned to Open Session for the purpose of adjourning the meeting. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Nathalie Rice <br />Administrative Assistant <br />Community Preservation Committee <br />2 <br />
