Route C flow chart - Keith passed around a draft to keep us organized and on <br />task. Keith will be away for summer. Paul agreed to take Keith’s place in <br />continuing work with Rick and Mike. <br /> <br />Golden Living Center parking agreement. Eileen met with Karen Mullins to look <br />for an existing official agreement. They did not find one, though there may have <br />been agreement with the Emerson Gardens condominiums. Orchard Lane, which <br />is a public street, should be our primary goal for parking for access to Route C. <br /> <br />Town of Arlington “entering property of” signs – Lexington/GCC will be <br />responsible for design, Arlington will pay for signs. Rick is working on design <br />with Laurel Smith. The design will go to Karen Mullins, who will present it to <br />the Arlington Conservation Commission, which will make a recommendation to <br />the Arlington Board of Selectmen. Karen will let us know status. <br /> <br />Paul and Mike will work with Karen over the summer on both issues, with Keith <br />and Rick as available. <br /> <br />Route C - The Whipple Hill route will include two connected but distinct loops. <br />One segment will be C one will be D. <br /> <br /> <br />New Business: <br /> <br />Town Open Space & Recreation plan - work will be ongoing through Feb 2015. <br />Keith will start in fall. Eileen will be the official GCC representative through the <br />course of this project. A task force meeting will take place in June, the review <br />process starts in July. <br /> <br />Middlesex Greenway coalition, Burlington Canyon – There is an ongoing push <br />for preservation of this parcel. Can Lexington help? Discussion of an access <br />easement. Paul will look into Carl Rd, or across North St from Willard's Woods. <br /> <br />Plan fall Analysis Meeting – We will choose a date at the June meeting and create <br />a working group to create an agenda. <br /> <br />Eileen will be backup in June, in case Rick can't come to chair that meeting. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Next Meeting: June 23, Selectmen’s Meeting Room <br />Future Meeting Dates: September 29, October 27, November 24, December 15 <br />Note venue change to Selectmen’s Meeting Room for remaining 2014 meetings <br /> <br />Pending Matters Tickler File: <br />• <br />Update Conservation Restrictions Data Base <br />• <br />Field work to develop West Lexington Greenway <br /> <br />
