Wood, <br />Jeanne K. Krieger, Edward D. McCarthy, Leo P. McSweeney and David G. Williams <br /> <br />Staff Present: Dianne Cornaro, Administrative Clerk and David George, Zoning <br />Administrator <br /> <br />Address: 6 Watertown Street, Map 39, Lot 37B <br /> <br />The petitioner submitted the following information with the applications: nature and <br />justification of request; a plot plan; topographic plan, elevations, floor plans, Letter of <br />support from Sijo Cherian of 4 Watertown Street, letter dated November 22, 2013 <br />responding to the Zoning Administrator’s e-mail requesting additional information. <br /> <br /> <br />Prior to the hearing, the petitions and supporting data were reviewed by the Acting <br />Building Commissioner, Conservation Administrator, Town Engineer, Board of <br />Selectmen, the Zoning Administrator, the Planning Director, the Economic <br />Development Administrator and the Historic Districts Commission Clerk. Comments <br />were received from the Conservation Administrator and the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />The Chairman opened the hearing at 10:07 pm by reading the legal notices and <br />described information received from the petitioner. <br /> <br />The petitioner is requesting a Special Permit in accordance with the Zoning By-Law <br />section 135-8.4.2 and 135-9.4.2 to allow modification of a non conforming structure. <br /> <br />Ephrain Weisstein, owner of the property presented the petition with his contractor, <br />Agui Desouza of Boston Remodeling. <br /> <br />Mr. Weisstein proposes to add an 18 ft. by 18.7 ft. carport onto the existing new <br />addition. The proposed structure would be located 6.2 ft. from the left side lot line <br />instead of the required 15 ft. <br /> <br />There were questions from the Board regarding the placement and size of the addition <br />that has already been added; clarification of setbacks needed; and the size of the <br />driveway. <br /> <br />There were no questions from the audience. <br /> <br />No one spoke in favor or in opposition to the petition. <br /> <br />The Chairwoman closed the hearing at 10:20 pm. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
