6. <br />The next meeting of the CPC will be on December 12, 2013 pending any urgent matters that <br />need to be addressed by the full Committee. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 6:02 pm. <br />The following materials were submitted at the public meeting: <br />1.Proposed Triplex for LexHAB, Lowell St. Lexington, Mass. Dated December 27, 2012, <br />revised 3/7/13, showing the revised Ground Floor Plan. <br />2.Town of Lexington Assessors Map, showing Lot 70A at 7 Mountain Road.
