7.Updates and Member Concerns Ms. Rice explained that the Needs Assessment Report would need updating. (It must be updated on an annual basis.) She said she will send out the 2013 copy to members for their review. She will also send it to department heads for their input. The meeting was adjourned at 5:02 pm.
