Ms. <br />Warren asked where the soils get disposed. Ms. Mullins stated that <br />no trenches are needed and the calculations were previously provided by the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />Motion made and seconded to close the hearing, 6-0 in favor. <br /> <br />PENDING MATTERS <br /> <br />8:00 pm Discussion on Proposed Balanced Housing Residential Development at 7 <br />Mountain Road <br /> <br /> Mr. Wolk spoke with David Williams as well as a Planning Board member to get <br />a clarification on a balanced housing development. Mr. Williams suggested a <br />100’ Buffer Zone to be left natural because Hennessey Field abuts this area. It <br />was also suggested that a trail connection be provided through the parcel to <br />Hennessey Field. Mr. Kennedy is in favor of the ideas.
