ARTICLE 6: APPROPRIATE FOR SENIOR SERVICE PROGRAM MOTION: That the Town appropriate $20,000 for the purpose of conducting a Senior Service Program, to be spent under the direction of the Town Manager; that to meet this appropriation $20,000 be raised in the tax levy; and that the Board of Selectmen be authorized to establish rules and regulations for the conduct of the program.
