<br /> <br />TOWN OF LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS <br />CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />Monday, August 5, 2013 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />Parker Room, Town Office Building <br />1625 Massachusetts Avenue <br /> <br /> <br />Chair Joyce Miller opened the meeting at 6:32 pm in the Parker Room of the Town <br />Office Building. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Joyce Miller, Stew Kennedy, Jane Warren, Duke Bitsko, Dick <br />Wolk, and David Langseth (arrived at 6:37 pm) <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Phil Hamilton <br /> <br />Others Present: Michelle Tassi, Community Development Department Assistant <br /> <br />PENDING MATTERS <br /> <br />6:33 pm Discuss Johnson Farm open space and interests of the Commission <br />Rick Abrams, Vice Chair of the Greenways Corridor Committee, was <br />present for this topic. The Commission discussed the Johnson Farm area. <br />They wanted to know if Cider Mill Lane was a private road, the acreage, <br />and if the Planning Board contacted Town Counsel. They decided that <br />they would like to have a site visit to Johnson Farm. <br /> <br /> The Commission decided to postpone the <br />approval of the landscape plan for <br /> <br />65 Munroe Road, DEP# 201-823, BL 781. <br /> <br /> Motion made and seconded to issue an Order of Conditions: <br />92 Adams <br />, the order will be revoked if the supplemental <br />Street, DEP# 201-904, BL 864 <br />information is not submitted, 5-0 in favor. <br /> <br />6:35 pm Motion made and seconded to issue an Order of Conditions: <br />219 Lincoln <br />Street, BL 861, 5-0 in favor. <br /> <br />6:50 pm <br />Reports: Bike Advisory, Community Preservation Committee, Land Steward <br />Directors, Housing Partnership, Tree Committee, Land Management, Land <br />Acquisition, etc. <br /> <br /> Mr. Kennedy reported that the Whipple Hill project is progressing. Three <br />boardwalks have been completed and the final one has been started. The <br />th <br />Commission decided to cancel the meeting on August 13 and reschedule it for <br />st <br />August 21 due to quorum issues. <br /> <br />
