BOA Meeting September 12, 2013 10 <br /> <br /> <br />Steven McKenna of 15 Barnes Place spoke in opposition to the petition. <br /> <br />There was a discussion that followed regarding how towers affect property values. <br /> <br />No one spoke in favor of the petition. <br /> <br />The hearing was duly closed. <br /> <br />On a motion by Leo P. McSweeney and seconded by Jeanne K.
