Officer's Report <br />a. President's Report <br />i. Jennifer to post updated officer information to the date <br />ii. Liaisons to be contacted about renewing their partnership <br />1. ETS meetings will be a high priority during and occur during the first <br />month of the year campus <br />2. Interface with the regular PTA is also an option through the PTO <br />presidents; team to verify that correct information is on websites and <br />verify list -serve notification procedures <br />iii. LABBB Recreational Survey <br />1. Prior to sending, Jennifer to give a courtesy call to LABBB to determine <br />status <br />b. Membership /Treasurer <br />i. No changes in membership numbers <br />ii. Mailbox at administration has been set -up <br />iii. 2013 -14 Membership forms will be available August 1 5t <br />1. Electronic online form /with print information <br />2. Button will be on front page <br />3. 2013 -14 year will be data scrub and update <br />a. Membership is required for List Serve Member <br />iv. Amazon Simple Pay is authorized for non - profits; <br />c. Secretary <br />i. Schedule High School media room for the 1 5t Thursday of the month with the <br />exception of September; Bronte to schedule with city <br />III. Programming Options (To be confirmed) <br />a. December — Social Skills — Hands on Approach (Ann) <br />e. January 9 — Pre - school and elementary focused meeting with LexFun (Robin) <br />f. February -Dr. Ashe update (Jennifer) <br />g. March— Bridging the Gap — Shut Up about your Perfect Kid (Robin) <br />h. April — Constructive Relationships — (Federation /BSE Mediator) /(Jennifer) <br />i.
