4. Future Meetings — The next CPC meeting was set for January 10 at 2:00 pm. Mr. <br />Addelson will be invited to this meeting to discuss bonding of the Wright Farm <br />acquisition, and FYI budget planning. <br />5. Executive Session - At 6:45 pm, upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was <br />voted by roll call (8 -0) to go into Executive Session under Exemption 6 to consider <br />the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property and to reconvene in Open <br />Session at 7:00 pm for the purposes of adjourning the regular Open Session Meeting; <br />the Chair declaring that an Open Meeting might have a detrimental effect on the <br />negotiating position of the Town. <br />The meeting was adjourned after the Executive Session at 7:00 pm. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Nathalie Rice <br />Administrative Assistant <br />Community Preservation Committee <br />pi <br />
