Commission on Disability <br />Meeting Minutes for September 6, 2012 <br />5: 45pm to 7: 00 pm <br />Parker Room G -1, Lexington Town Hall <br />D. Victoria will draft a letter to the Clark Principal with a carbon copy to the <br />Superintendent and School Committee, stating that the CoD has reviewed <br />the audit for accessibility standards in the public buildings in Lexington <br />and feel that the most important item is to look at the Clark School <br />elevator. It will also ask for their support for a study to address this item <br />in the capital budget for 2014. <br />II. AAB application by Hancock United Church of Christ update <br />A. Over $2million in renovations is planned; variances will be needed. Plans <br />are to install an elevator that will reach all levels and bathrooms that will <br />be compliant with ADA requirements. <br />B. Town has assessment of zero on the property. <br />III.
