Commission on Disability <br />Meeting Minutes for December 6, 2012 <br />5: 45pm to 7: 00 pm <br />Parker Room, G -1, Lexington Town Hall <br />4. CoD continued the discussion of the draft of the capital plan for completion of <br />Title 11 projects from the consultant's report. What is now needed is to split off <br />municipal and school requests and to address the school projects with school <br />staff and committees. The next steps are for the CoD to contact the principal of <br />Clark School, Anna Monaco, to discuss the elevator at Clark school. Victoria <br />will send a letter to position and request a meeting to discuss. <br />5. A copy of the Chapter 40, Section 21 parking by -laws was distributed and there <br />was a short discussion whether CoD should encourage Town to accept the by- <br />laws. <br />a. Hank Manz said he thought that the Town could ticket if people park <br />illegally in handicapped parking spots and that he would get back to the <br />CoD with confirmation. <br />b. Further discussion was tabled. <br />6. Jennifer Williams has resigned from the CoD because she is moving to <br />Westford.
