Approvals: None Presentations/Review: 397 Lowell Street- MetroWest Wireless Facility The proposed structure sits along the southern edge of the building adjacent to a residential property. The applicant explained the technical difficulty in t due to all other communication facilities on the roof, which by default determined the location of this facility. The DAC feels this building is already burdened by too many wireless facilities and roof structures. A very large Verizon wireless facility (screen the condition that it be located as far away from the residential properties as possible) and is yet to be constructed. The DAC strongly recommends the applicant find another location for the MetroPCS facility that. A location that doesnÓt further compromise the roofscape and sur neighborhood. An alternate location on the rear cabinet shop building (same property owner) appears feasible and would hardly be seen from the intersection well as the abutting residential neighbors. The Design Advisory Committee recommends this project not be approved and that the applicant find an alternate location for the proposed facility. 750 Marrett Road- MetroWest Wireless Facility The DAC reviewed the proposed wireless facility and there were n 177 Bedford Road- MetroWest Wireless Facility The DAC reviewed the proposed wireless facility and there were n 750 Marrett Road- Sprint PCS Wireless Facility The DAC reviewed the proposed wireless facility and the proposal appears generally acceptable, the only issue being that the height must conform to the 20Ó height limitation, that this proposal appears to exceed. 40 Hartwell Avenue- MetroWest Wireless Facility The DAC reviewed the proposed wireless facility and there were n 17 Merriam Street- Side Entry & Accessibility Ramp The DAC reviewed the proposal and determined that more information is required (site photos and applicant representation). 1075 Waltham Street- Watertown Savings Bank Freestanding Sign The DAC reviewed the proposed sign and lighting and found it to be acceptable. The committee recommends the black band be removed from the sign or at least r 133 Massachusetts Avenue- Busa Liqour Awning & Sign The DAC reviewed the proposed awning and determined that more information is required to clarify the proposal (additional information was provided by the committee via email for review. The applicant was asked to reduce the size of the font by about 1/3 and ensure the color will be more in the burgundy color range and less red). Other Business: None Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at approximately 9:30PM.
