The spacing should be approved by the DAC in the field prior to <br />placement. It was also suggested that several street trees be included in the planting plan at the <br />intersection corner planting strip (minimum of two at the east side and one at the north side), <br />similar to the trees across the street at the Mobil station. <br /> <br />The Design Advisory Committee recommends the review of this proposal be continued until <br />further information is supplied. <br />Lexington Center Sidewalk Design <br />As a result of several proposed sidewalk projects in town, there was discussion about establishing <br />guidelines for sidewalk materials and construction details for the Center.
