The new loop should take 45 minutes to walk. <br /> <br /> <br />Forecast is for good weather. <br /> <br /> <br />Suzie Barry, Bob Tracey, Wayne Miller, Jo-Anne Granger and Linda Dixon will be at the <br /> <br />parade; Julie Miller and Dick Crogan will set up at Cary Hall. <br /> <br />Fifteen remaining cards from the breakfast (prepared by the elementary children for <br /> <br />the veterans) will be distributed to veterans at Cary Hall. <br /> <br />Suzie would like to hang buntings in Cary Hall for the ceremony. <br /> <br /> <br />Ryan Lennon will lead guests in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br /> <br />William Diamond Fife and Drum will be invited to play the Battle Hymn of the Republic. <br /> <br /> <br />Ryan received an article from Peter Kelley regarding acknowledgment of POWs and <br /> <br />MIAs at various events honoring veterans. A motion was made to acknowledge POWs <br />and MIAs at Monday, November 12, 2012’s Veterans’ Day ceremony, and the motion <br />was passed and accepted. The committee discussed how the acknowledgment should <br />be done. Suzie will ask Ryan for suggestions. <br /> <br />One contestant has confirmed that she will be available on Monday to read her essay. <br /> <br />Suzie is still trying to reach the other two. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
