Manager. The Board of Selectmen have yet to take a final vote on the project. The <br />(7-2) <br />CPC voted that if the Selectmen vote not to support the Visitor Center <br />project, the Committee would not oppose its indefinite postponement. Ms. Manz <br />will notify the applicant of this decision. Mr. Kanter reported that the CEC will <br />likely suggest indefinite postponement of the project. <br />c.)ACROSS Lexington Pedestrian/Bicycle Route System, $5,000 – <br />Ms. Manz <br />informed the Committee that an additional $875 is being carried on the tax levy <br />side for this project. This is a result of the initial proposal of $5,875 being carried <br />through the budget process. The additional funds will likely be used for GIS <br />mapping, consulting, or maps and brochures, for which CPA funds cannot be used. <br />3. Executive Session. <br />At 3:00 pm, upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted by roll <br />(9-0) <br />call to go into Executive Session under Exemption 6 to consider the purchase, <br />exchange, lease or value of real property and to reconvene in Open Session; the Chair <br />declaring that an Open Meeting might have a detrimental effect on the negotiating <br />position of the Town. The Committee returned to Open Session at 3:52 pm. <br />th <br />4. Future Meetings <br /> – The Committee was asked to keep the date of February 27 open in the <br />event that progress on the Marrett Road acquisition warranted a meeting. <br />5.Wright Farm Debt Service <br />– Ms. Manz reported that the FY14 debt service on the Wright <br />Farm will be $36,875. Mr. Addelson notified the Chair that the Town had sold a one- <br />year $2.95 million bond on February 6, 2013. The interest expense on that bond is <br />$36,875, and when it comes due next year, it will be converted into a long term bond. <br />The terms of that long term bond are yet to be determined. <br />6.Resignation of Wendy Manz, CPC Chair <br />– Ms. Manz announced with regret that she <br />would no longer be able to chair the CPC. She is not running for Planning Board, and <br />therefore can no longer act as their liaison. Members expressed their disappointment in <br />Ms. Manz’s resignation, noting that she had been a stellar Chair of the CPC. Ms. <br />Manz’s calm leadership as Chair will be greatly missed. <br />The following documents were presented at the meeting: <br />1.FY14 CPC Project List for Town Meeting (incl.
