MINUTES – LEXINGTON CONSERVATION COMMMISSION MEETING February 21, 2012 <br /> <br />Motion made and seconded to continue hearing to March 6, 2012 at the <br />applicant’s request, 6-0 in favor. <br /> <br />8:02 pm Land Donation: 187 Woburn Street, <br /> <br />The Commission discussed issues surrounding gift of land and if the town would <br />prefer conservation restriction as opposed to gift. Attorney Tom Fenn conveyed <br />that as the land was willed to the town there may be complications if it were not <br />accepted as a gift. <br /> <br />Charlie Wyman moved to rescind previous decision to accept donation and <br />explore conservation restriction, no second, motion failed. <br />Commission decided to consider ways to manage lot. <br /> <br />8:20 pm Cont. Hearing: 14 Whittier Road <br /> DEP# 201-847, BL 805; Map 76, Lot 54 <br />Present for the applicant: Zoltan Juhasz, Uniterra Consulting <br /> Scott Zhu, applicant <br />Documentation: Letter from Consultant with attachments, dated February 15, <br />2012. <br /> <br /> Zoltan Juhasz went over revisions. <br /> <br />Comments from the Commission follows: <br />David Langseth requested a cap on the proposed inspection pot instead of <br />proposed grating. The commission felt soil tests were inconclusive and requested <br />additional testing. <br /> <br />Motion made and seconded to continue hearing to March 6, 2012 at the <br />applicant’s request, 6-0 in favor. <br /> <br />8:37 pm Hearing: 44 Winthrop Road, <br /> DEP# 201-846, BL 804; Map 40, Lot 239 <br /> <br />Motion made and seconded to continue hearing to March 6, 2012 at the <br />applicant’s request, 6-0 in favor. <br /> <br />8:38 pm Request to Amend Order of Conditions: 9 Brigham Road, <br /> DEP# 201-815, BL 773; Map 56, Lot 214 <br /> <br />David Sperduto asked the Commission if the Order of Conditions could be <br />amended to include a basement under the garage or if it would require a new <br />Notice of Intent.
