MINUTES – LEXINGTON CONSERVATION COMMMISSION MEETING January 24, 2012 <br />about invasive plants proposed. Mr. Bitsko would like to see demarcation of the <br />twenty-five foot buffer to wetlands. David Langseth would like details submitted <br />regarding the construction of the proposed bridge replacement. The Commission <br />questioned the existing drainage system, how the new system connected into it <br />and requested further details be submitted. Phil Hamilton and Dick Wolk were <br />concerned about the increasing degree of noncompliance. <br /> <br />Motion made and seconded to continue hearing to February 7, 2012 at the <br />applicant’s request, 4-0 in favor. <br /> <br />8:21 pm Hearing: 2 Forbes Road, <br /> DEP# 201-845, BL 803; Map 43, Lot 9C <br /> <br />Motion made and seconded to continue hearing to February 7, 2012 at the <br />applicant’s request, 4-0 in favor. <br /> <br />8:23 pm Cont. Hearing: 111 Grant Street, <br />DEP# 201-839, BL 797; Map 55, Lot 45 <br />Present for the applicant J. Dan Bremser, Hancock Associates <br /> Ayman and Erica Labib, applicants <br /> Documentation: NOI Application Revised Notice of Intent Plan 1/17/2012 <br /> <br />Dan Bremser presented an alternative analysis to the first proposal and outlined <br />proposed changes. <br /> <br />Comments from the Commission as follows: <br />David Langseth requested the submission of an alternative analysis which <br />included a proposal where the garage faced the street.
