MINUTES – LEXINGTON CONSERVATION COMMMISSION MEETING January 03, 2012 <br />Comments from the Commission as follows: <br />Stew Kennedy questioned treatment of driveway runoff and would like to <br />condition a stone filled infiltration trench. <br />The Commission questioned inconsistencies in lot area. David Langseth <br />questioned if the drainage calculations were in compliance with pre-development <br />regulations. <br /> <br />Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to January 24, 2012 at the <br />applicant’s request, 5-0 in favor. <br /> <br />8:52 pm Cont. Hearing: 111 Grant Street, <br />DEP# 201-839, BL 797; Map 55, Lot 45 <br />Present for the applicant J. Dan Bremser, Hancock Associates <br /> Ayman and Erica Labib, applicants <br /> Documentation: Notice of Intent Application and Plan <br /> <br /> Dan Bremser outlined plan revisions. <br /> <br />Comments from the Commission as follows: <br />The Commission had several questions regarding drainage calculations and the <br />engineer should be at the hearing and prepared to answer them.
