MINUTES – LEXINGTON CONSERVATION COMMMISSION MEETING January 03, 2012 Comments from the Commission as follows: Stew Kennedy questioned treatment of driveway runoff and would like to condition a stone filled infiltration trench. The Commission questioned inconsistencies in lot area. David Langseth questioned if the drainage calculations were in compliance with pre-development regulations. Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to January 24, 2012 at the applicant’s request, 5-0 in favor. 8:52 pm Cont. Hearing: 111 Grant Street, DEP# 201-839, BL 797; Map 55, Lot 45 Present for the applicant J. Dan Bremser, Hancock Associates Ayman and Erica Labib, applicants Documentation: Notice of Intent Application and Plan Dan Bremser outlined plan revisions. Comments from the Commission as follows: The Commission had several questions regarding drainage calculations and the engineer should be at the hearing and prepared to answer them. The Commission discussed what constituted alteration within a riverfront area.
