There was some parent concern that, due to construction delay and Curriculum <br />Morning (without a Back to School Night), there was difficulty accessing teachers <br />and classroom space to help their students transition into beginning of school <br />(especially new and /or kindergarten families). Some feeling of confusion over <br />what the students will be learning in class this year. <br />o Meg tries to address all concerns and communicate with parents, <br />including sending pictures individually to show space when it can't be <br />shown person. <br />• Parents can help communicate with each other, pointing each other to the <br />announcements about Curriculum Morning, construction blog, etc. <br />• Parents can always communicate with teachers via email for specific <br />issues. <br />• Teachers will try to communicate more about what kids will be doing this <br />year via their class newsletters, etc. <br />• Teachers have been great about welcoming students and anticipating <br />them so that students don't feel lost. <br />BEFORE NEXT MEETING <br />Everyone to email topics we want to talk about this year. <br />NEXT MEETING: October 19 @ 8:00- 8:30AM <br />
