A- <br />p r <br />ill, 2012 <br />Minutes <br />Town of Lexington Appropriation Committee <br />April 2, 2012 <br />Place and time: Selectmen Meeting Room, 6:00 PM <br />Members present: Glenn Parker (Chair), John Bartenstein (Vice Chair and Secretary), Robert <br />Cohen, Mollie Garberg, Alan Levine, Eric Michelson, Dick Neumeier, Joe Pato, Jonina <br />Schonfeld, Rob Addelson (ex officio, non - voting) <br />The Committee joined the Board of Selectmen, the School Committee, and the Capital <br />Expenditures Committee for the sixth Budget Collaboration - Financial Summit for FY 2013 <br />(Summit 6). <br />The agenda items were: <br />1. Options for Funding Budget Priorities <br />2. Discussion on Article 17 School Bus Transportation System <br />Please see the minutes of the Board of Selectmen, which are published on the Town web site at <br />hgp:Hlexingtonma.gov /selectmen.cfm and which are also available in the Town Clerk's office, <br />for details. <br />The meeting was adjourned at approximately 7:20 PM, following which the Appropriation <br />Committee remained in session and relocated to Cary Memorial Hall for the continuation of the <br />Annual Town Meeting. <br />A list of documents and other exhibits used at the meeting is attached. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />John Bartenstein <br />Approved October 18, 2012 <br />-1- <br />
