Certificate <br />No. 2002C-49 <br /> <br />INFORMALS: <br /> <br />4 Hancock Avenue – <br />Eddi Ruchrist presented plans to replace a window. Will return for formal <br />hearing in July. <br /> <br />1709 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Henry Patterson and Peter Niemitz, Copacafe presented plans for <br />signage, new front facade, and outdoor seating. Will return for formal hearing in July. <br /> <br />844 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Craig Flynn, Elite Wireless, presented plans for signage.
