Minutes of May 2, 2002 (concluded) <br />1347 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />William Erickson, Frank Bechtel Erickson Architects, received <br />approval for changes to the side porch. Certificate No. 2002C-22 <br /> <br />881 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Charles and Tamara Marz received approval for new onion lights <br />at the front and side doors. Certificate No. 2002C-38 <br /> <br />INFORMALS: <br /> <br />32-42 Worthen Road – <br />Steven Mahoney, representing Battle Green Apartments, discussed <br />possible changes to the Battle Green Apartments for updating them. Will return for formal <br />hearing. <br /> <br />73 Waltham Street – <br />BKA Architects, representing Verizon, presented plans to replace one dry <br />cooler unit and add an additional one and extend the visible screen 30 feet. Will return for <br />formal hearing in June. <br /> <br />6 Oak Street – <br />Howard Bernstein presented plans to install an air conditioning unit. Will return <br />for formal hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />The minutes of April 4, 2002 were approved. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:40 p.m. <br /> <br />
