Mr. Hornig said it was two and one half stories and 32 feet instead of 40 feet. Mr. Fray wanted to know if the house could be lowered. Mr. Russell said this house would be 16 feet below the highest elevation on the lot and there would be 150 feet between the houses. Mr. Zurlo said to reduce the amount of cut and move closer to Paul Revere Road. Mr. Canale said this
