November 8, 2007 Minutes 2 <br /> Two members of the Board felt they could not justify a hardship to grant the variance because <br /> the statutory requirements, as listed in Section 135 -10 B, for a variance were not met. <br /> On a motion by David Williams and seconded by Martha Wood and with a vote of 3 to 2 the <br /> Variances to allow a 3.7 -foot side yard set back instead of the required 12 -foot side yard set back <br /> and a rear yard set back of 8.4 -feet instead of the required 15 -feet rear yard set back were denied. <br /> A 4 -1 vote was needed to pass the motion. <br /> Submitted by Dianne Cornaro, Administrative Clerk <br />
