January 10, 2008 ZBA Minutes 2 <br /> On a motion by Carolyn C. Wilson and seconded by John J. McWeeney, the Board vote 5 -0 to <br /> grant the special permit for temporary signage, leaving the choice of a vinyl or metal sign to the <br /> applicant and subject to the following condition: <br /> The temporary sign may be installed for no longer than one year and will be both constructed <br /> and located on the exterior wall per plans submitted with Zoning Board of Appeals application. <br /> Other business <br /> On a motion duly made and seconded the minutes from the January 24, 2008 meeting, for the <br /> following hearings were approved: 45 Hartwell Avenue, 25 Hartwell Avenue, 17 Theresa <br /> Avenue, 110 Spring Street, and 440 Bedford Street. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 PM. <br /> Submitted by <br /> David L.
