Smith, Nyles N. Barnert, John J. McWeeney, Judith J. Uhrig and Carolyn C. Wilson Staff present: David George, Zoning Administrator and Dianne Cornaro, Administrative Clerk. Petition Address: 675 Lowell Street; Map and Lot: 007500011A The relief sought is for a special permit in accordance with § 135 -74(D) and § 135 -77(D) of the Code of the Town of Lexington (Zoning Bylaw) to allow an illuminated sign at 675 Lowell Street. The Chairman opened the hearing at 9:21 PM by reading the legal notice and described information received from the petitioner relative to the petition. Prior to the hearing, the petition and supporting data were reviewed by the Building Commissioner, Conservation Administrator, Town Engineer, Health Agent, Board of Selectmen, Zoning Administrator, Planning Board, the Historic District Commission and the Design Advisory Committee. Comments were received from the Building Commissioner, Zoning Administrator and the Design Advisory Committee. An email had been received from Charlotte and Arnold Wolf of 663 Lowell Street, apartment 33, in opposition to the signage. Abner Balc of Acme Signs presented the petition. He is replacing an illuminated sign on the building. The sign will be lit during regular business hours only. The Board had no questions. There were no questions from the audience. No one spoke in favor or in opposition. The Chairman closed the hearing at 9:25
