Smith, Nyles N. Barnert, John J. McWeeney, <br /> Judith J. Uhrig and Carolyn C. Wilson <br /> Staff present: David George, Zoning Administrator and Dianne Cornaro, Administrative Clerk. <br /> Petition Address: 675 Lowell Street; Map and Lot: 007500011A <br /> The relief sought is for a special permit in accordance with § 135 -74(D) and § 135 -77(D) of the <br /> Code of the Town of Lexington (Zoning Bylaw) to allow an illuminated sign at 675 Lowell <br /> Street. <br /> The Chairman opened the hearing at 9:21 PM by reading the legal notice and described <br /> information received from the petitioner relative to the petition. <br /> Prior to the hearing, the petition and supporting data were reviewed by the Building <br /> Commissioner, Conservation Administrator, Town Engineer, Health Agent, Board of Selectmen, <br /> Zoning Administrator, Planning Board, the Historic District Commission and the Design <br /> Advisory Committee. Comments were received from the Building Commissioner, Zoning <br /> Administrator and the Design Advisory Committee. <br /> An email had been received from Charlotte and Arnold Wolf of 663 Lowell Street, apartment 33, <br /> in opposition to the signage. <br /> Abner Balc of Acme Signs presented the petition. He is replacing an illuminated sign on the <br /> building. The sign will be lit during regular business hours only. <br /> The Board had no questions. <br /> There were no questions from the audience. <br /> No one spoke in favor or in opposition. <br /> The Chairman closed the hearing at 9:25 <br />
