The sessions <br /> would be held during off -peak times. <br /> The hearing was closed at 8:38 pm. <br /> On a motion by Nyles N. Barnert and seconded by Judith J. Uhrig, the Board voted 4 -1, with <br /> John J. McWeeney opposing, to approve the special permit to allow operation of a home <br /> occupation at 36 Webster Road with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The special permit is granted for one year, with an expiration date of January 31, 2009. <br /> An application to renew the special permit may be filed by the applicant eight weeks <br /> before expiration. <br /> 2. No more than ten (10) clients of the home occupation are allowed to the premises per <br /> day. <br /> 3.
