Answer: Not really, in our lease it has that there will be no beds at the facility, <br /> will be daytime use only and will be basic processing; gathering information. <br /> John McWeeney: We should have condition that would limit the special permit to ICE being the <br /> only Government agency to use the space. Board in agreement. <br /> There were no questions from the audience. <br /> No one spoke in favor of the petition. <br /> No one spoke in opposition. <br /> Hearing was closed at 9:09 pm. <br /> The Board discussed the conditions that would be appropriate for such a facility. The Board <br /> wants to be sure that the use is limited to what was discussed at the hearing. <br /> On a motion by Arthur Smith and seconded by Nyles Barnert, the board voted 5 -0 to grant the <br /> special permit to allow a use totally confined within a building not otherwise allowed with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Facility used only by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency. <br /> 2. Length of Special Permit shall be for seven years. <br /> 3. The Processing area shall be limited to daytime use only. <br /> 4. There shall be no overnight housing. <br /> 5.
