Wilson <br /> Petition Address: 12 Essex Street <br /> The Chairman re- opened the hearing at 8:26 PM by reading a letter received on May 11, 2006 <br /> from Michael Tabacynski requesting the appeal application for the construction of a retaining <br /> wall at 12 Essex Street be withdrawn. <br /> The hearing was closed at 8:27 pm. <br /> Decision: On a motion by Nyles Barnert and seconded Arthur Smith, the Board voted 5 to 0 to <br /> allow the withdrawal without prejudice for a retaining wall at 12 Essex Street. <br />
